These Terms govern your use of the Roverland Voyage website and the booking of our self-drive voyages. By enquiring or booking, you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

• An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted per person based on the occupancy stated and are subject to availability until confirmed.
• The balance is due by the date stated in your confirmation. Late payment may release your reservation.

The self-drive experience

• A valid driving licence accepted in the destination country is required for every driver.
• You are responsible for driving safely and lawfully and for any fines, tolls or damage incurred outside the vehicle's insurance terms.
• Routes and timings are crafted in advance but may flex for weather, road conditions and safety.

Changes & liability

We may make minor itinerary adjustments to improve or protect your experience. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control (weather, road closures, force majeure). We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Conduct

We want every voyage to be safe and joyful. We reserve the right to end participation, without refund, where conduct endangers others or breaches local law.
