Plans change — we get it. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or amend your voyage. Timeframes are counted from your trip's departure date.
Date or traveller changes requested more than 60 days out are made free of charge where availability allows. Within 60 days, amendments are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the schedule above.
In the rare event we must cancel a voyage (for safety or circumstances beyond our control), you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund of monies paid to us.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. We recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations outside this policy.
